What is Next Step Hearing?
Our hearing aids are designed to be fitted on the same day as your hearing assessment, so when you are ready to take the Next Step in communication, so are we.
We believe accessing high-quality hearing healthcare should be easy for everyone. In most cases, hearing aids have the aftercare and support appointments priced into their overall cost. While this can give a lot of reassurance to a new hearing aid user, it can also mean that you may be paying for services you don’t end up using.
The benefits of Next Step Hearing
Our Next Step Hearing range was created as an innovative model that ensures gold-standard hearing aid fittings and puts control of the aftercare costs in the hands of our customers. This allows us to make the cost to you much lower than normal while giving you the best care and hearing aid performance.
Every hearing aid fitting will include all the elements recognised to give the best hearing outcomes to our patients:
- An in-depth diagnostic hearing test
- Otoscopy (ear examination)
- Initial ‘comfort’ fit of hearing aids
- Follow up at 4 weeks with Real Ear Measurement
- Free aftercare for the first 12 months*
- *Maximum of 2 free aftercare appointments
When you buy a hearing aid you may not be aware of it but you are paying up front for a service package to enable your Audiologist to look after you for the lifetime of the hearing aids.
With our Next Step Hearing range we recognise that you may not need or be ready for hearing aids that you wear all day. Because of this you may not need or get the full benefit from a lifetime hearing aid care package, so why pay for it?
Our hearing aids are priced to include all the support and aftercare you may need in the first 12 months of use. After this you may not need a lot of support for a very long time until your needs change

Our Next Step Hearing offer includes:
- £1,000 off the purchase price of Ultimate or Premium Signia Hearing Aids. £900 off the price of Signia Advanced Hearing Aids
- Assessment, fitting and follow up appointments and up to two aftercare appointments.
- Two or 4 packs of wax traps depending on the monaural or binaural fitting
- 1 or 2 receivers (speaker wires) depending on the monaural or binaural fitting
- 1 or 2 sleeves of domes for hearing aid depending on the monaural or binaural fitting
- 2 or four packs of wax traps depending on monaural or binaural fitting
- Price includes desktop charger or 2 x box of 60 battery cells. A portable charger is a £60 option at the time of purchase.

Following your 12 month care period you can choose how to access further care and support. You can pay on an ad hoc basis for all appointments and consumables or join our hearing aid care club which includes all of the benefits you see below:

Hearing Aid Club
Membership to our Hearing Aid Club includes all ongoing aftercare, support, reassessment and re-programming. It also contains a free supply of all hearing aid consumables such as wax traps, speaker wires, domes and batteries.
Membership is £25/month for 2 hearing aids and £20/month for 1 hearing aid.
After three whole years of membership, all members will receive a 10% discount off any future hearing aid purchase either for themselves or their immediate family members.
